short shorts video series

On May 31st, 2023 we hosted the first, in what we plan to be a series, of short video screenings of work by local and international creators of time-based media. we plan to have subsequent short shorts events curated by different people.

Installment 1 artists: Silas Fair (“An Alice 3 Animation”), Juha Van Ingen (“The Miracle”, and “Wanted”), Arni Gudmundsson (“Our Genes Have Seen it All” and “Athena”), Ally Christmas (“Somatic”), Cornfed Elite (“By Any Means Neccessary” and “Caveman Workout”), Anne Weshinskey (“Rod Stewart Tribute”), Canadian Film Board (“How to Build and Igloo”)

Activities also included the First Episodic Popcorn Popping contest.
